Client Reviews
From Organizations We've Worked With
"The Competitive Landscape Review gave us something we couldn't have produced internally β a structured, objective view of where we actually sit relative to our competitors, not where we assumed we were. The visual positioning map was particularly useful for aligning our board on strategic direction."
Wanchai Pattanasiri
Managing Director, Bangkok
January 2026
"We engaged Baan Panya for the Leadership Development Engagement when we were trying to prepare a younger management cohort for greater responsibility. The bi-weekly structure was demanding but appropriate β it gave the participants enough time between sessions to actually apply what they'd discussed. The 360-degree feedback process was direct, which some managers found uncomfortable initially, but it led to genuine change."
Nattaporn Tantikul
Head of HR, Manufacturing Sector
December 2025
"What differentiated Baan Panya for us was that the same people we met during the scoping conversation were the ones who ran every session and wrote the reports. In prior consulting relationships we experienced significant drop-off in quality after the proposal stage. That didn't happen here."
Ratchada Kittirath
COO, Financial Services, Bangkok
January 2026
"We were going through a generational ownership transition and needed help thinking through the structural implications for the business. The Transformation Program was a significant commitment, but it was well structured and the monthly milestone reviews kept things on track. The final roadmap gave us a shared language across family and non-family leadership."
Ananya Charoenwong
Board Director, Family Enterprise
February 2026
"We commissioned the Competitive Landscape Review as preparation for a market entry decision. It surfaced several competitors we hadn't tracked closely and identified a gap in the market that we subsequently moved into. The recorded walkthrough was useful for sharing findings with regional stakeholders who weren't present in the initial discussions."
Prawit Suwannakit
Strategy Director, Retail Group
December 2025
"The leadership coaching was conducted in Thai and English across the group, which mattered to us. The consultants adapted naturally between both languages without losing continuity. The assessment reports were thorough β some findings were difficult to hear, but they were accurate and constructive."
Sirilak Lertwatana
VP Operations, Professional Services

Success Stories
From Challenge to Outcome
Competitive Landscape Review
Retail distributor preparing for regional expansion
Challenge
A mid-size retail distribution business was evaluating entry into two new regional markets but had limited visibility into the competitive dynamics in those areas. Internal teams lacked the capacity for structured competitor research alongside existing operations.
What We Did
Delivered a Competitive Landscape Review covering eight direct competitors across the two target markets. The review included a positioning map, pricing comparison, and an assessment of distribution channel strengths. Completed over three weeks and presented in a recorded walkthrough session with the leadership team.
Outcome
The leadership team identified a clear positioning gap in one market and opted to defer entry into the second pending a different competitor shifting strategy. The report was used directly in board-level discussions and shaped the company's two-year market development plan.
"We now have a clear picture of where we actually stand β not where we hoped we stood." β Strategy Lead, Bangkok
Leadership Development Engagement
Professional services firm preparing the next management layer
Challenge
A growing professional services firm had several capable technical managers who were being considered for more senior leadership positions. The founding directors were uncertain whether the group was ready and what specific development gaps existed across the cohort.
What We Did
Ran the Leadership Development Engagement with a cohort of six managers over three months. Individual coaching addressed different needs for each participant. Group workshops focused on decision-making and cross-functional communication. The 360-degree feedback process generated structured data on each individual's impact on colleagues and reports.
Outcome
Four of the six managers moved into expanded roles within six months of program completion. The leadership assessment and progress evaluation reports gave the founding directors a documented basis for promotion decisions and a development roadmap for the remaining two participants.
"The 360-degree feedback was uncomfortable in places, but it was the kind of discomfort that produces real self-awareness." β Participant, Cohort 1
