How long does a typical consulting engagement take?
It depends on the type of work. The Competitive Landscape Review runs two to three weeks. The Leadership Development Engagement spans three months. The Full Business Transformation Program extends four to six months. Each has a defined schedule shared at the outset.
Do you work only with large enterprises?
Not exclusively. The Competitive Landscape Review and Leadership Development Engagement are well suited to mid-size businesses. The Transformation Program is designed for organizations with more complex structures, but we assess each situation individually before making recommendations.
What is the process for getting started?
You submit the contact form or call our office. We arrange a brief initial conversation โ typically thirty minutes โ to understand your situation. From there, we prepare a scoped proposal with timelines and pricing. If it fits, we begin onboarding within the agreed timeframe.
Are the prices listed fixed, or are they estimates?
The prices are standard engagement fees. More complex organizational contexts within the same service type may affect scope and pricing. We discuss this transparently during the proposal stage โ no surprises.
How do you handle confidential business information?
All information shared during and after an engagement is treated as confidential by default. We sign non-disclosure agreements before any substantive discussion begins, and we do not reference client names or details in our materials without explicit written consent.
Do you conduct sessions in Thai or English?
Both. Engagements can be conducted in English, Thai, or a mix depending on your team's preferences. Written deliverables are typically produced in English unless otherwise specified.
